Natural parenting
The importance of early relationships and the quality of these interactions on the developing brain
How natural parenting is the best way to ensure this relationship is nurturing and bonding is secure
Looking at the experience of a baby through all the senses and how we can provide the optimum environment both physically and emotionally
Exploring the partnership of parent and child and the development of communication.
Sally is a world-known baby yoga instructor and teacher trainer at Birthlight, a professional Montessori teacher and a researcher whose focus of attention is brain early development and bonding.
The workshop runs at Birthlight Moscow on October 21 from 10 am to 1.30pm (with a tea break) and costs 2 500 RUR.

Important changes: Baby Swimming classes on 13-15 June

Dear Parents,
From June 13 through June 15 we are having an international baby swimming teacher training course with Shawn Tomlinson and Julia de Lucci who are coming to our centre this weekend, so the times of your sessions will be slightly different:
Saturday 13/06 and Sunday 14/06: 11:30-12:30 and 15:30-16:30
Monday 15/06: 11:30-12:30
From Tuesday the 16th the timings will be the same as before.
The sessions will be slightly different from other classes as a few trainees will be present and two tutors. You'll have a unique opportunity to get taught my one of Europe's leading early swimming specialists and to ask your questions regarding the progress of your babies. And I promise it will be fun too!

We are having 2 retreats in July at Foresta Festival Park:
11-12 July: Pregnancy (prenatal yoga, prenatal aqua yoga)
17-19 July: Parenta & Babies (baby yoga, baby swimming)
The retreat is providing a relaxed atmosphere of the Russian coutryside with an oak tree forest in an ecologically unique area with excellent hotel rooms, spas and restaurants - all in one! We'll be providing our best teachers to accompany you in our core activities - yoga and swimming. The special package cost for the weekend including the room, 3 meals per day and all of the lessons is just 15 000 roubles for two adults and your babies/ toddlers if they stay with you in your room!

It was a success! The parents loved staying at Foresta Festival Park, the hotel in the Moscow suburbs where quite a few of Birthlight training courses took place. Both the yoga, and the swim were a great success too!
